3D Decoupage

3D Decoupage is a papercraft which involves cutting out different layers of an identical picture, to form a 3D effect. The layers are seperated by 3d foam pads or 3D silicon. The end picture can be left mat or varnished to add a shine. 3D decoupage can come in various types such as full pictures, step-by-step, & die-cut. Die-cut 3D decoupage has removed the most difficult part of 3D decoupage ... the cutting, making it possible for anyone to try 3D decoupage.
