UK Orders
Within mainland UK only (Including Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, BFPO, Channel Islands & Isle of Wight)
Postage & Packaging is £1.75 for orders under £25 & FREE on all orders over £25
We use Royal Mail First class for parcels up to 1.5KG. For orders over 1.5KG we reserve the right to send via a courier or Parcel Force.
Orders placed before 3pm using the NoChex payment option are usually dispatch the same day. During busy times this may be next working day. Orders placed after 3pm are dispatched next working day.
There is no minimum order value.

International Orders

International customers will need to choose the following options at the checkout :
Shipping Method : Royal Mail - International Postage & Packaging to be advised
Payment Method : International Orders You do not make a payment at this stage.
We will then pack & advise you of the exact postage costs. We will email you a secure NoChex payment link. We do not accept international cheques. If you choose not to continue with the order, please advise us & we will cancel your order. If your order is over £34.00 we will send your parcel via International Signed For (with extra insurance) at an extra cost of £5.50. Royal Mail aim to have your Airmail parcels delivered within 3-5 days. Orders are dispatched to the billing address only upon receipt of payment. Returns
We check all our parcels before despatch to ensure the goods are in perfect
condition, as your satisfaction is important to us.
In the unlikely event that you should receive a product which is faulty,
we will be happy to replace or refund as required. Please email us, giving
details of the fault, within 7 days of receipt. We will issue you with a returns
number, which should be quoted on a photocopy of the invoice. We will
refund postage. We will not be responsible for parcels lost in the post,
so suggest you obtain a free certificate of posting from the Post Office.
DO NOT RETURN FAULTY GOODS WITHOUT CONTACTING US FIRST.
If you do not like the goods or you have ordered the wrong goods
please return them to us within 7 days of receipt. Please enclose a copy
of the invoice marking the items to be returned. We will issue a full
refund if the goods are returned in a resalable condition. This means
unopened and in it's original condition. You are responsible for the cost
of postage and for their safety during transportation. We suggest you
obtain a free certificate of posting from the Post Office, or send it recorded
service, as we will not credit your account for goods lost in the post. We will refund your order value (excluding P&P) within 30 days via NoChex or cheque. If
any returned goods arrive in non-resalable condition we may only offer a credit
of 50% of the retail value of the goods, to be used against a future order with
us. We do not offer an exchange service. Please place a new order.
Damage in transit Your order is well packed & leaves "A Card 4 U" in perfect condition. Claims for damage in transit must be made to Royal Mail. We recommend that you take a photo of the damaged parcel before you open it. We will always obtain a proof of purchase, which can be made available if necessary to assist your claim.
